Registration Information

Early-bird and regular rates for in-person and virtual attendance.

The registration fees for the International Conference on AI, Data & Intelligent Systems (ICADIS 2027) are listed below. ICADIS 2027 is co-located with ICIC 2027 — one in-person registration grants access to sessions of both conferences.

Important: The accompanying person cannot be a co-author of any submitted paper.

Visa Information

International participants requiring a visa to enter Thailand should begin the application process well in advance. ICADIS 2027 can provide an official invitation letter upon request following registration and payment. Please visit the Royal Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs for entry requirements.

Registration Steps

Please complete the registration form and ensure all information provided is accurate. During the registration process, if your payment has not yet been made, you will be directed to the available payment options.

*Student identification will be required at the registration desk.

⚠️ Please note that registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances. If you have paid the physical registration fee but cannot attend in person, you may choose to present your paper virtually.
